Upon launching iCommand, if the region settings are not set to English (United States) the following error may appear.
This setting can be changed by accessing the region settings in the control panel section of the windows settings. Here you will change the format to English (United States)
If this window continues to appear after making this change in the control panel, the “Remember my preferences” setting must also be updated in the account settings. This option is located under Settings > Accounts > Windows backup > Remember my preferences.
