This error may appear when you go into iModel:
To resolve:
Go to the C:\intelliVIEW\iModel\US\EngDat for united states or go to C:\intelliVIEW\iModel\CA\EngDat for Canada and check to see if the M_PLATE.LST file exists. If M_PLATE.LST does not exist then copy from a working computer or reinstall intelliVIEW to replace with a good file .
