When you are in the process of transmitting trusses to engineering, you may receive a rather non-specific error when you go to open the iTransmit app.
After dismissing the error, the app will proceed to launch, but you will find that there are no jobs to be transmitted, regardless of how many you have prepared to send by dropping onto transmit in the Output Processor. The error itself does not make it clear what to do next, but it is fortunately very simple.
All you need to do is navigate to your outbox in Windows explorer and, once there, delete all of the files located there. They will be simple files with numbered filenames and no extension. Once you've deleted the files, you will need to drop your job or trusses onto transmit in the Output Processor once again. At this point, you can re-launch the iTransmit app and you should find it working without issue!
