Starting with IntelliVIEW/SteelVIEW version 26.01.00, trial QLM key requests require users to provide business contact information. Once submitted, the trial key is automatically emailed to the provided business email address. A copy of the email, which includes the trial key and user’s business contact details, is also sent to the Alpine Help Desk for support and tracking.
How to Request a Temporary QLM Key
- Launch a new installation of IntelliVIEW or SteelVIEW version 26.01.00 or later. When prompted, select “Activate Temporary Key.”
- From the Product dropdown, select the product type IntelliVIEW or SteelVIEW, as appropriate.

Enter your business contact information:
- Full Name
- Company Name
- Business Email Address
- U.S. or Canadian Business Phone Number
Click “Request” to submit your information. The trial license key will be emailed to the business email address you provided, and the support team will follow up with a permanent license key.
NOTE:
For versions before 26.01.00, trial key requests remain disabled. Earlier releases lacked user contact information, causing ongoing maintenance and support issues for the Alpine Help Desk.
