Error: Offline grace period process failed. Please contact Alpine Help Desk to obtain a permanent key.

This error may appear if you have not had a connection to the internet for more then 7 days. To resolve try reconnecting to the internet and re-launching the Alpine software.
If you continue to run into this error try resetting the licensing file.:
1). Go to File Explorer and browse to this location: C:\intelliview\icommand\Licensing
2). Next, right mouse button click to delete the licensing file.
3). Now re-launch the software.
4). You will now be prompted to re-enter your License Key.
