If you encounter this error while importing or exporting jobs, here is the most common way to fix this:
From the taskbar select search and type in Services:
From the Services dialog window find the Alpine Server Plug-In.
Next, right-mouse-button click on the Alpine Server Plug-In and select Start.
The status should now indicate that it is Running:
Now you can retry to import a job.
If you cant find the Alpine Sever plug-in in the list of services you will need to reinstall it. The install can be found in your install directory in the iCommand folder:
