To attach trusses additionally to an existing job first save the trusses to your computer. You may find creating a folder on the desktop is helpful.
Step 1). Select the attach truss icon from the Job Detail toolbar, it looks like a paper clip. The attach truss dialog window will appear.
Step 2). Select the box with 3 dots to the left of the directory path. This will allow you to browse out to the location where you have the trusses saved. Select the location and Click OK.
Step 3). All trusses found in the selected location will now be listed in the dialog window. You can select only the ones needed by using Ctrl Click or select all in step 5.
Step 4). If you already have trusses in the job you are attaching these trusses to may want to add the selected trusses additionally, if so select Append Existing Trusses. If this is unchecked it will over-right the trusses that exist in the job with the same .pic and .eng files.
Step 5). Select Attach if you have selected a few trusses or select Attach All if you want all trusses added to the job.
Click Close and you should now see the trusses in the Job Items grid. You may need to RMB in the job item grid and select Refresh to get the trusses to show.
