How Do I Find My Customer ID Number?

You can find your Customer ID Number in iModel by following these steps:

1. Log in to iModel.
2. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
3. Choose User Preferences.
4. Open Configuration.
5. Your Customer ID Number is listed as your User ID.

Important Note

• When registering for Alpine Academy access, enter only the numbers from your User ID.
• Do not include any letters.
