To create an account for Alpine Academy, follow the steps below.
Registration Steps
- Go to the Alpine Academy website:
https://alpineacademyitw.com - On the left side of the main page, select “Register an Account.”
- Complete the registration form with the following information:
- Username
- Full Name (First and Last)
- Email Address
- Job Title
- Company Name

Customer Number
- Note: Your customer number can be found in iModel > Settings > User Preferences > User ID > USR#, or by contacting the Help Desk.
- Phone Number
- Address
- Industry
- Interests
- Create a password:
- Minimum of 8 characters
- Password strength must be Strong
- Enter the password and confirm it
- Review the Privacy Policy and confirm whether you would like to subscribe to the newsletter.
- Click Submit to complete your registration.
Approval Process
- All new accounts require approval.
- Approval may take 12–24 hours before access is granted.
