Two options for changing elevation:
Option 1: Adjust Elevation in iModel (Entire Job)
Use the Adjust Elevation tool to raise or lower wall elevations across the entire layout.
Steps:
- From the vertical toolbar, go to:
Tools → Modify Layout → Adjust Elevation - Click the Modify Layout icon to activate the bottom toolbar.
- When prompted to Select elements to Edit, box-select the layout.
- Right-click (RMB) and choose Move in Elevation Direction.
- Enter the desired elevation change amount.
Option 2: Edit Elevation in iDesign (Individual Truss)
To adjust the elevation for a specific truss:
Steps:
- Navigate to:
Loading → Modify Load Case → Edit Mean Roof Height - Enter the new mean roof height value for the selected truss.
