End of Support Notification: HomeBASE
Dear Valued Customer,
As part of our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement, Alpine will discontinue support for HomeBASE effective July 30, 2026. To continue delivering a high quality, secure, and sustainable software platform, Alpine is retiring the HomeBASE database system. This change allows us to focus our resources on our current software platform and better support all customers as they transition to more advanced solutions.
HomeBASE Support Changes
Beginning July 30, 2026:
- Alpine will no longer provide new site keys for HomeBASE.
- Help Desk phone support for HomeBASE will end.
Customers currently using HomeBASE should work with their local Sales Representative and Software Consultant to transition to iCommand as soon as possible.
