Everyone connection to the same server will need to be on the same software version. If the server has been updated and a workstation version does not match the software will give the following error message:
Application Upgrade Required
This iCommand installation (21.02.00.067 needs to be upgraded for database (22.01.00.009) compatibility. Please contact your computer support department of the Alpine help desk.
To resolve you will want to verify the software version needed to match the server.
