Issue:
After upgrading to the latest 201X VisionRez Stand Alone, this message attached comes up. I do not use the Metric. Also, the Rough Framing tool bar does not show on the menu-bar and cannot be found to be checked. What should I do to fix this issue?
Solution:
To resolve this issue;
Open VisionRez and ignore on the message when it comes up
Right Click on the Command line> Options> Files tab> Support File Search Path. You will notice that the paths point to an Ameri-CAD Metric folder. That should be changed to point to an "Ameri-CAD" path. Here is an example,
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\ACA 201X\enu\Ameri-CAD Metric\Support
change to;
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\ACA 201X\enu\Ameri-CAD\Support
Do this for each path that is pointing to an Ameri-CAD Metric folder and be sure to maintain the paths. If you have a working machine, you can use that as a reference.
After all the changes are done, Apply and Ok.
The Rough Framing issue should be changed as well if the "Main Customization" ACA.cuix file is pointing to C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\ACA 201X\enu\Ameri-CAD\Support
Restart VisionRez to verify that the issue does not replicate
