Issue:
The Request Code for License manager for VisionRez 201X request Code is 00. What should I do?
Solution:
This Solution is based on the AmeriCAD License Manager 2012 to 2017
It seems the Request Code got lost. Please use the following steps to get back working.
- First, if you have not rebooted your system lately, do so now and check if it corrects the issue
- Go to Start> Control Panel> Administrative Tools> Services> look for Crypkey License and see if it is Started and set to automatic. If it is not set to automatic, double click on the service, set it to automatic, and start the service. Next, Start the License Manager and check the request code.
- If the above steps fail proceed to step 4.
- Go to Start> All Programs> ITW> License Manager> Reset License> All License Data> CONFIRM> OK (window disappears)
- Next, Go to Start> All Programs> ITW> License Manager>
ITW License manager> Click Authorize> check if you have a good request code (it should not be 00) and if it is there click Submit. After the authorization is successful open VisionRez.
