Microsoft *automatic* updates messes up Microsoft Access Run-Time version customer’s use for HB/iCommand Reports. When this happens you may get the following error: Unable to get MS Access or user canceled operation.
To resolve you might need to Run a repair on the version of access runtime 2010.
Go to Add remove programs.
Find Microsoft access runtime.
Right click on it and select Modify and Repair. 
**Note: After a repair or install you may be prompted to reboot. I have found that a reboot is not necessary.
