If a user is using a windows front end email client like Outlook they can be set up to use iTransmit to send in drawings if their own Internet Service Provider (ISP) information is not working.
Setup:
1). Download the attached iTansmit install file.
2). Run the setup file. This creates a new icon on your desktop called iTransmit. iTransmit is going to replace the Outbox icon you are currently familiar with using in the View program. The first time you open iTransmit you must set the Outbox directory. If you are not sure where you have created an outbox you can check your Transmit options.
3). Go into the output processor, transmit options: Set the destination email address, SMTP server and note where you have the Outbox directory set.
Now follow this new process to transmit:
Step 1: Go into the Output Processer and drag your job on transmit.
Step 2: After the job is sent to the Outbox go to the desk top and double click on the iTransmit icon to launch the new transmit program.
Step 3: Double click on the job that you would like to send. Windows will then launch the default email client you have already set up (Example: Outlook). The job will already be attached to the email and you just have to click send. Using your own Email client allows you to track the job you have sent.
