This can be caused by multiple reasons, which include OS resolution, monitor resolution, font size and missing windows fonts. Try these steps to resolve.
Step 1: Navigate to Windows display settings.
Verify the scale and layout is set to recommended usually 100% or 125%. Make sure the display resolution is set to the recommended settings for you specific monitor.
Step 2: Verify font size is set to recommended settings and at 100%

Windows OS has a tendency to apply updates that affect the functionality of the software. One issue that can arise due to a windows update is missing windows fonts. If this is the case than you will have to check Windows fonts shown below:
Notice the number of items if the number is wildly off this might be the issue, as fonts in windows affect how the software operates. If this is the case you can copy over a working "fonts" folder from a different machine. If you are uncomfortable you can call Alpine helpdesk at
