There are a few things that may prevent seals from arriving at their destination, in the engineering office.
First, verify that the Destination Email address you have selected is correct. From the output processor select the Option icon. Select the Transmit Tab and verify that you have the correct destination email address.
Next, you may want to check with your ISP or IT to verify that you are able to send/receive email.
Next, contact your Alpine engineer to see if the job has arrived in their system. It is also possible that one of the engineering servers is currently down. Engineering should be able to confirm that their are no issues on their end.
If every thing above checks out contact the helpdesk team to have them check with our IT department to see if your email address has been blocked by the server.
